Purpose: Enhances shoulder blade stability and strength.
Instructional Video:
How to Do It:
Sit or stand with your back straight and arms at your sides. Pull your shoulder blades back and down as if trying to pinch them together. Hold for a 10 seconds and then release.
Reps:
Perform 10 repetitions
