How to Do It:Â
Bend one knee and bring your heel toward your buttocks. Reach back with the same-side hand to grab your ankle or foot. If you can't reach, use a towel or strap for assistance. Gently pull your ankle toward your buttocks while keeping your knees close together. Hold for 10 seconds.
Reps:
Perform 10 repetitions.
