Purpose: To enhance flexibility in the hip flexors and alleviate tightness.
Instructional Video:
How to Do It:
Step one leg forward and gently push your hips forward while keeping your back straight. Hold for 10-20 seconds, then switch legs.
Reps:
Perform 10 repetitions.
