Hip Adduction Stretch Exercise

Purpose: To increase flexibility and relieve tension in the inner thigh muscles.


Instructional Video:




How to Do It: 

Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart. Bend one knee and lean toward that side, keeping the other leg straight to feel a stretch in your inner thigh. Hold for 10-30 seconds, then switch sides.


Reps:

Perform 10 repetitions.
