Q.L. Stretch Exercise

Purpose: To stretch the Q.L. muscle.


Instructional Video:




How to Do It: 

Stand and bend to one side, allowing your hand to slide down your leg. Stop just before you feel like you might lift your opposite foot while keeping your posture upright. Hold for 10 seconds.


Reps:

Perform 10 repetitions.
