Purpose: To strengthen the lower back, glutes, and core.
Instructional Video:
How to Do It:
Begin on your hands and knees. Extend one arm forward and the opposite leg back, maintaining stability in your body. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the starting position. Switch sides and repeat.
Reps:
Perform 10 repetitions for each side.
