How to Do It:
Sit or stand up straight with relaxed shoulders. Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your right ear toward your right shoulder. To deepen the stretch, place your right hand on the left side of your head or neck and apply gentle pressure, or use your left hand to hold onto the edge of your chair or your side to keep your shoulder down. Maintain this stretch for 10-30 seconds, feeling a gentle stretch along the side of your neck and the top of your shoulder.
