Purpose: To enhance flexibility and alleviate stiffness.

How to Do It:
Sit or stand up straight with your shoulders relaxed. Gently tilt your head toward one shoulder, bringing your ear closer to that shoulder. Hold for 10-30 seconds, and then switch sides. Next, tilt your head backward and hold for 10-30 seconds, then bring your chin to your chest. Finally, gently turn your head to the right, hold for 10-30 seconds, and then switch to the left side.
