How to Do It:Â
Sit or stand up straight with relaxed shoulders. Place your palm against your forehead and gently push your head against your hand to create resistance. Hold for 10 seconds. Next, place your hand on the back of your head and hold for 10 seconds, followed by placing your hands on each side of your head and holding.
